Hard Brazilian Limeade (Summer Cocktail)
Creamy, citrus‑forward, lightly sweet, and insanely refreshing — this is the cocktail that feels like Florida summer in a glass.
This cocktail is a sun‑kissed collision of citrus and cream — tart fresh limes blended whole for that unmistakable Brazilian punch, mellowed by a touch of sweetened condensed milk that gives it a silky, almost tropical body. The first sip hits with a burst of lime zest and a whisper of rum or vodka (your choice), then melts into a smooth, frothy finish that feels like ocean air on a humid afternoon. It’s bright, balanced, and indulgent — the kind of drink that makes you close your eyes for a second and smile.

💛 Personal Note: From Behind the Bar
The first time I made this drink, it wasn’t planned — it was curiosity. I tossed whole limes into the blender just to see what would happen, and what poured out was this creamy, electric‑green magic that tasted like summer had finally shown up. Now it’s the drink I make when I want something that feels effortless but special — the kind of sip that slows you down, brightens your mood, and reminds you that simple ingredients can still surprise you. It’s sunshine in cocktail form, and it never fails to make me smile.
