We are a full-service, mobile “dry hire” bartending company specializing in customized beverage experiences across Florida. We do not provide the alcohol (which saves you money!), but we supply everything else needed for an elevated bar service.

As per Florida law, we operate as a “Dry Hire” service. This means the client purchases the alcohol, and we handle the rest! This actually saves our couples money, as there is no markup on the spirits.

• ✨ Essential Supplies: High-quality cups, napkins, and straws. (Glassware upgrades available.)

Insurance: Yes! We carry General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance and can provide a COI to your venue.

Weather/Space: We are “Florida Flexible.” Our bars fit standard indoor spaces or under event tents. As long as there is a flat surface and a cover for a Plan B, the service continues flawlessly.

Our pricing is designed to be as unique as your celebration, utilizing a two-part structure:

Part 1: Your Bar Style (The Foundation)
Pricing begins with your choice of bar setup style—from specialized Beer/Wine bars to full Open-Bar cocktail services and Ultra-Premium Luxury setups.

Part 2: The Guest Package (The Service)
We add a corresponding mixer package priced per guest. This is fully inclusive, providing all custom mixers, fresh botanical garnishes, and sufficient ice for both cooling and serving.

Each quote typically includes 4-5 hours of service time and all essential supplies. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

To secure your date, we require a 50% retainer. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. We offer four paths for your remaining balance:

• ⚓ The Standard: Retainer up front, balance due 30 days before.
• 🌊 Monthly Waves: Split remaining balance into equal monthly payments.
• ⛵ The Three Sails-Step: Split remaining balance into three equal installments.
• 🏁 Full Sail: Pay total balance in full up front.

*Note: A $250 Service Charge applies per event to cover pre-event planning, insurance, and the meticulous shopping and prepping of fresh garnishes.

The Service Charge is a mandatory business fee and is not a tip. Voluntary gratuity for exceptional service is welcome via cash, digital payment, or a tip jar. For a stress-free day, we suggest a minimum gratuity of $250.00 per bartender, which can be pre-billed on your invoice for your convenience.
